Autoship Policy (Get Proferrin® at a discount)

If you take Proferrin® on a regular basis, you should consider autoship.  This will automatically resupply you with product on a regular basis.  Don’t wait until you are out of Proferrin® to place your next order.  You get the convenience of always having just what you need when you need it. We appreciate your business, and provide a discount on autoship products.

Each time we autoship your items, our secure payment gateway service will automatically debit the credit card you have on file. There's no long-term obligation and you can discontinue the program any time you choose. Please note that you must give at least 48- business hours’ notice to cancel an auto ship order. We will cancel the upcoming order. If the autoship order is in the mail at the time of cancelation, the next scheduled order will be the one canceled.

To Order an Autoship Product:

  1. View any product tagged as (Autoship)
  2. Select your “Subscription Type” from the drop down selector
  3. Click “Add To Cart”
  4. Then proceed to check out normally

Frequently Asked Autoship Questions

Q: How do I set up an Auto Ship Order?

A:  Follow these Instructions...

1) From order screen [HERE] click the image of any product that has (Autoship) in the description. This will bring you to a page where you can read details about the product.

2) Select your “Subscription Type” from options provided in the drop down selector.

3) Click “Add To Cart."  This will bring you to your shopping cart where you can review your order. If you want to order anything else, do so now, then continue this guide.

4) Click the green “proceed to checkout button” This will bring you to a step by step checkout form. You can check out as a Guest, or Create an Account.

We suggest creating an account (registering) because it makes it easier for you to access details of your orders.

 

Q: How do I view my current or past Autoship orders?

A: If you created an Account, Sign in the “My Account” link, and select “My subscriptions”.

A: If you did not created an Account, you can search your order by selecting “Orders and Returns” under “Information” in the footer navigation. Or you can call us direct at 888-442-0067.

Q: How does the billing work with Autoship?

A: When you place your order your card will be charged the initial amount. Depending on your periodicy, you will be billed for the next order when it processes.

 

Q: Can I cancel my Autoship order?

A: Yes. To cancel call us directly at 888-442-0067.

  1. Intent to cancel order: eg. “I would like to cancel my Autoship order”
  2. The First and Last name you used when you placed your order.
  3. Your most recent Autoship order number

  5. The email address you used when you placed your order.

Q: Can I change the details of my Autoship order?

A: To change a detail of an autoship order, call us at directly at 888-442-0067. We will need to cancel your current autoship order, and create a new one.

 

Q: Can I reactivate a former Autoship order?

A: No, we can’t reactivate a previous autoship order, but you can always create a new autoship order at any time.

 

Q: How often are Autoship orders charged and when are they shipped?

A: When you place your order your card will be charged the initial amount. Depending on your periodicy, you will be billed for the next order when it processes.

A: Autoship orders are typically shipped the same day your card is charged.

 

Q: Can I stop my Autoship order once it has been charged and is being processed for shipment?

A: If you call us at 888-442-0067 and cancel before your order leaves for shipping, then Yes.  If your order has left for shipping, we can cancel the next scheduled order.

 

Q: How do I change my shipping, billing info in my Autoship order?

A: If you created an account, Sign in the “My Account” link, and select “Address Book."  From there click “Change Billing Address.”
